The Podere Erica farmhouse, consisting of 3 levels, has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths.  It is available for weekly rental by a single group of guests, ensuring their privacy.  All of the bedrooms are connected by interior stairways and some bedrooms have their own private exterior entrances. The newly remodeled country kitchen has easy access to outdoor dining under the shady pergola, as well as to the dining room which seats 10.

Through the large glass doors in the light, airy living room you can reach the covered loggia and pool.  Outside you will find a large wood-burning pizza oven, a gas BBQ, bocce ball court, large swimming pool, hiking paths in the woods and several areas to rest, relax, and enjoy the beautiful views.
